Andrew Baxter

I’m Andrew Baxter. I live in Cirencester, where I design and build cutting-edge web solutions.

I've been drawn to the world of technology since an early age, with my first exposure to computing coming at the age of 10 when I had the opportunity to tinker with a C64 computer.

My passion for technology was evident from a young age, and I've always been fascinated by the concept of user-centric design. I believe in creating technology that not only works efficiently but also provides a seamless and enjoyable experience for users.

As I grew older, I channelled my passion for technology and user-centric design into a freelance career. I work as an independent software engineer and solution architect, partnering with businesses to design and deliver scalable, well-crafted web solutions. My focus is always on understanding the problem first and building the right thing — not just the obvious thing.

With a background spanning full-stack engineering, cloud architecture, and product thinking, I bring a broad perspective to every engagement. I believe the best technology is invisible to the user: fast, reliable, and built around how people actually work.
